Right okay time to cast my 2 cents on the Dream and Tommy beef.

For context, I was an idle dsmp consumer, I watched bench trio clips on youtube and was involved in the fandom. My exposure to Dream especially was minimal, and I cared more about Beeduo so my Tommy consumption wasn't high either.

Now I mean my biggest thing I'm picking up on here is this screenshot:

I don't know how old this is. But assuming it was still dsmp we're probably talking 16/17 Tommy and 21/22 Dream

Listen man, I get a long text. I've been there emotionally. But I have got to fucking say: this is immature.

He is an adult. It was his server in name. And he dumped all his feelings in a big long boo-hoo message prefaced with a middle schooler "are we even friends" text. You can tell from Tommy's reaction, Dream had never brought this up before.

I'm always reluctant to bring it up but British people are playful assholes with their friends. It happens. I've been bullied for being short by my friends. Sometimes shit does go too far.

This is not how to respond to that. Instead of calmly taking Tommy aside after the first couple times and setting boundaries, he had a bit of a breakdown and lashed out. This is a very immature way of handling this and damaging to their relationship on both sides. I've met 11 year olds better at setting their boundaries than this.

This guy is 5 years older than Tommy. In this, he's acting like it's the other way around.

I know Dream's autistic, okay? Autistic people aren't stupid. You don't get to be as well-known as Dream without learning some people skills.

If you can't appropriately set boundaries with someone you think is your friend, how the fuck are you going to set them with inappropriate parasocial fans?

Idk man I saw somebody react to this saying Tommy was in the wrong. But he's not a mind-reader. And by the sounds of it Dream actively didn't tell him or let on he was upset.

Like I said, this is pretty common British friendship behaviour (especially with lads). If someone tells you you've overstepped, you own up to it and apologise. Interestingly, the screenshot cuts off before the end, and afaik Dream didn't say Tommy didn't apologise, so as far as we know Tommy did indeed own up to it and back off.

Idk man, it just doesn't seem very sympathetic.

I also saw someone saying Tommy was hypocritical for saying the same thing to Wilbur. … Are we forgetting Wilbur is an abuser? Also see above point, telling someone to back off if the banter is harmful is pretty acceptable etiquette. After all, it's for fun, not to be mean. I would like to add that in that situation Tommy addressed the issue directly and concisely and arguably much more maturely than Dream addressed him.

That's an inappropriate response that reflects badly on Wilbur btw. Idk if he was playing about but if your mate tells him that your jokes are upsetting him and you say that's good, that's bad.

2/3 chapters up. Technoblade and Wilbur vow to rescue Tommy from the hands of the fae, and end up delivering themselves into the hands of Lady Death. She’s mysterious and wily, but they pass her impossible trials less with flying colors and more so extremely reckless and endangering creativity. But that’s only the beginning of their obstacles to Tommy as the pair find they have to survive the deadliest challenge of all: domestic life with a helicopter mom Fairy Queen.

(And given the murmurs of both the Court Wilbur frequents and the souls that linger around Techno’s head, surviving is going to take everything they’ve got.)

Originally i gonna draw 13 char but I only have 2 days to draw so it ends up with only 11 char 😞 i can’t decide what version of techno to draw so i choose to draw both of his version in osmp and dsmp 😅 also i draw 2 version of skeppy too ,a normal version and a clown (or the fool) version of him in my AU
